Payment Terms

Payment is due for goods and/or services provided by Raslarr Pty Ltd prior to the goods leaving the premises, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All orders processed require a $100 non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or missed appointment.
Raslarr Pty Ltd accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit or debit cards
  • EFTPOS payments


Raslarr Pty Ltd warrants in-house powder coating that is free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of the goods.
Raslarr Pty Ltd warrants against structural and manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery of the goods.
The Customer acknowledges that potential additional costs incurred such as labour and/or freight, will be borne by the Customer.
Proof of purchase must be provided for warranty claims. If no proof of purchase, Raslarr Pty Ltd may refuse to accept.
No warranty, exchange or refund will be offered for change of mind by customer.
Raslarr Pty Ltd shall not be liable to compensate the Customer for any delay in replacing the defective goods.
The Customer acknowledges that potential freight charges for the return of faulty/defective products and, where applicable, the cost of removal and replacement of faulty products may apply. This will be determined after inspection and/or proof of defective goods is provided.


The title of goods shall not pass to the Customer until Raslarr Pty Ltd has been paid in full by the Customer.
The Customer irrevocably authorises Raslarr Pty Ltd to enter any premises where Raslarr Pty Ltd believes the goods are kept and recover possession of the un-paid goods.
The Customer acknowledges Raslarr Pty Ltd’s exclusive ownership to the Intellectual Property and shall not claim any right, title or interest in the Intellectual Property.


The Customer is taken to have exclusively accepted and is immediately bound, jointly and severally, by these terms and conditions if the Customer places an order for or accepts delivery of goods.

In order to process return of products for repair, replacement or credit, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Copy of the original invoice
  • The reason for the return
  • Your daytime phone number

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you:

  • changed your mind
  • ordered the wrong item
  • proof of purchase is not provided
  • found the goods cheaper elsewhere
  • missed your appointment
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods
  • damaged the goods by misusing them, including inappropriate mounting and wiring

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you have asked for and cant be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we may mutually agree to compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we reserve the right to repair the item within a reasonable time. If not repaired within a reasonable time the item will be replaced if in stock or a refund provided if not stocked any longer. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with statutory rights and “consumer guarantees”. This Returns Policy is in addition to your rights and remedies under the “consumer guarantees”. You must present proof of purchase to Raslarr Pty Ltd when returning a product.

Refunds (if any) will be issued in the same form of tender as the original purchase transaction (cash, credit card, EFT) and it’s the customers responsibility to produce proof of purchase. Raslarr Pty Ltd reserves the right to access the condition and age of the returned goods prior to providing a remedy: and/or refer the item to the manufacturer of the goods for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a remedy.

Unless we have supplied incorrect goods, all return postage/shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once Raslarr Pty Ltd has the goods, we will assess the fault and provide an appropriate remedy. If the goods have a fault, Raslarr Pty Ltd will provide compensation for your return postage.

Exclusion of liability

Raslarr Pty Ltd’s warranty will cease on any Raslarr manufactured product if:

  • Rust caused by salt water
  • Colour coding by any third party is conducted after goods supplied
  • Corrosion caused by chemicals
  • Failure or damage to the Raslarr products as a results of an accident, misuse and abuse of Raslarr products including failure to comply with instructions for the use of the products.
